TERMS OF SERVICE USD
DISCLAIMER
When commissioning my services you automatically agree to the conditions listed bellow. Make sure to read carefully through everything and question me in case of doubt before completing the purchase.
COPYRIGHT
You are commissioning the art service. I own the artwork and may post it wherever I wish though still crediting you properly.
PROCESS
When contacting about the proposal, the client is expected to have already gone through my Terms of Service and understand my prices.
The client will be asked to give references and detailed description of the project.
You may request for frequent updates on the commission once I start working on it.
PAYMENT
As for now I only accept Paypal as payment method.
I require 100% of the payment to be made before starting the artwork.
You will only be added to my to-do line once the full payment is confirmed.
Additional charges may be added during the commission depending on extras or changes requested by the client, in that case the additional ammount needs to be paid before I deliver the artwork.
REVISIONS/CHANGES
Major changes will only be accepted during the sketch phase.
Past the sketching phase only small revisions can be made such as color adjustments, small details or filters/cropping.
Fully redrawing your piece will cost 100% of the agreed commission value. Fully repainting your piece will cost 80% of the agreed commission value.
REFUND RULES
I will only accept refund requests after the period of 1 week post the original payment was complete.
I will only refund 100% of the value if I haven't started working on the commission yet.
Once I start working on the sketch, only 50% of the value can be refunded and you will get the complete sketch.
Commissions past the sketching phase are not refundable, you may only cancel the commission and you will get the complete sketch.
WORK SPEED AND DEADLINES
The speed of commissions may vary according to the commission type and the ammount of details included on it, as well as the additionals and changes requested by the client.
The amount of time needed to complete an artwork may take up to 3 months maximum, tough I usually need around 2 weeks to finish a piece. This only counts from when I have already started to work on the piece, not when on the to-do line.
You as the client you may request for a deadline/urgency commission but the deadline must be discussed prior to payment and resonable. Depending on the speed required a fast-delivery fee may be charged.
AS A COMMISSIONER
You are allowed to: use the artwork for personal purposes, post it on social media with proper credit to me, print it for personal use only.
You are not allowed to: modify my artwork, claim it as yours, profit off my art by selling and producing products with the art on it unless bought with commercial use.
!! NOTICE !!
In case of me not feeling comfortable with the client using my art, be it for any reason, I will revoke the rights of said client of using my artwork and will give a proper refund, which will be decided by the seriousness of the situation as well as for how long the client has been benefiting from the artwork(s).

Você está encomendando o serviço. A arte é de minha posse e eu posso postar onde quiser dando os devidos créditos a você.
PROCESSO
Quando me contatando sobre a proposta, é esperado que o cliente já tenha lido os meus Termos de Uso e entenda os meus preços.
Será pedido que o cliente mande referências e uma descrição detalhada do que quer para o projeto.
Você pode pedir por atualizações frequentes da encomenda assim que eu começar a trabalhar nela.
PAGAMENTO
O pagamento é feito por PIX
Eu requisito 50% do pagamento feito antes de começar a trabalhar na encomenda e 5% antes de entregar a encomenda após finalizada.
Você só será colocado na lista de "a fazer" depois que o pagamento for confirmado.
Valores adicionais podem ser cobrados durante a encomenda dependendo de extras ou mudanças que forem pedidas pelo cliente. Nesse caso o valor adicional precisa ser pago antes da encomenda ser entregue.
REVISÕES/MUDANÇAS
Grandes mudanças só serão aceitas durante a o período de sketch do desenho.
Após a fase de sketch apenas serão aceitas revisões pequenas como ajustes e cor ou pequenos detalhes.
Redesenhar completamente o projeto irá custar 100% do valor da encomenda. Repintar completamente o projeto irá custar 80% do valor da encomenda.
REGRAS DE REEMBOLSO
Eu apenas aceitarei pedidos de reembolso depois de 1 semana após o pagamento ter sido concluído.
Eu apenas reembolsarei 100% do valor se eu ainda não tiver começado a trabalhar na encomenda.
Assim que eu começar a trabalhar no sketch, apenas 50% do valor é reembolsável e você receberá o sketch completo.
Encomendas que já passaram da fase de sketch não são reembolsáveis, você pode apenas cancelar ela e receber o sketch completo.
VELOCIDADE E PRAZOS
A velocidade de andamento da encomenda pode variar e acordo com o tipo e o nível de detalhes nela, assim como com as alterações e extras pedidos pelo cliente.
O tempo necessário para completar um pedido pode levar até no máximo 3 meses, porém leva em média até 2 semanas para entregar um trabalho completo. Esse período só começa a contar a partir do momento que eu começar a trabalhar no projeto, não quando ele foi adicionado na fila.
Você como cliente pode pedir por um prazo específico/uma encomenda de urgência, mas o prazo deve ser razoável e deve ser discutido antes do pagamento ser feito.
Dependendo da velocidade precisa, uma taxa de delivery extra rápido pode ser cobrada.
COMO CLIENTE
Você pode: usar o projeto para fins pessoais, postar a encomenda em redes sociais com os devidos créditos dados a mim, imprimir apenas para fins pessoais.
Você não pode: modificar meu trabalho, alegar que ele é seu, lucrar da minha arte vendendo ela a não ser que comprado com uso comercial.
!!IMPORTANTE!!
Em caso de eu não me sentir mais confortável com o cliente usando minha arte, seja por quaisquer motivos, revogarei o direito da pessoa de usar minha arte e darei o reembolso apropriado, o qual será determinado pela seriedade da situação e o tanto de tempo do qual o cliente esteve se beneficiando da arte.
